• You will advise the various divisions on complex public law and civil law issues, taking into account current legal framework conditions and regulatory requirements
• Independently draft, and negotiate contracts in a results-orientated manner and oversee their professional implementation
• provide legally compliant support for planning approval and development plan procedures and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
• you analyse new official or court decisions and current administrative regulations and implement them in practice in a targeted manner
• you provide ongoing support in the creation and technical development of internal sample documents and training materials

• You have successfully completed your law studies with above-average grades in the first and second state exams
• You have several years of professional experience in legal consulting
• Ideally, you have knowledge of an energy supply company or a comparable industry
• You are confident in using common MS Office applications
• The ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new digital legal systems, systems characterises you
• your German language skills correspond to native speaker level in spoken and written
