• When taking funeral arrangements, you provide empathetic support to the bereaved and ensure that all requests and formalities are correctly recorded
• When collecting, recovery and placing the deceased in a coffin, you act responsibly and with dignity before carrying out the transfer from the place of death using the funeral vehicle
• by providing hygienic care for the deceased, you ensure that every person is prepared respectfully and professionally
• By preparing and conducting viewings, you create a dignified setting for bereaved families so that they can say their goodbyes
• When carrying out transport and courier journeys, as well as dealing with administrative matters, you perform organisational tasks reliably and keep important processes running smoothly behind the scenes
• When working with third parties such as the registry office, public health authority or police, you coordinate information and ensure that all legal requirements are met

• You have completed your training as a funeral services specialist (m/f/d)
• Even as a career changer (m/f/d) with experience, you can contribute your existing knowledge
• As experience is desirable, you will benefit from any previous practical experience in dealing with the deceased or organisational processes
• With your empathy and respectful manner, you always treat the deceased and their relatives with dignity and sensitivity
• Thanks to your spoken German and valid work permits, you communicate confidently and meet all formal requirements
• By being willing to work three shifts during the week and two shifts at the weekend, you demonstrate flexibility and a commitment to the role
• With your driving licence, you can reliably handle transfers, journeys and organisational tasks
