• You will advise and assist customers on all aspects of natural stone in specialist retail outlets
• You will provide practical solutions and design ideas using natural stone, drawing on your experience from gardening and landscaping projects
• You will sell products in specialist shops, making targeted recommendations for various construction projects
• You record orders accurately and process them on time, taking into account site schedules and material requirements
• You draw up quotations based on your practical knowledge and monitor their status until completion
• As part of customer-focused order processing, you support customers from the initial planning stage right through to the actual implementation
• You communicate confidently with a variety of customer groups, from private customers to horticultural businesses

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a gardener and landscape gardener (m/f/d), natural stone mechanic (m/f/d) or stonemason (m/f/d)
• You have several years’ practical experience in gardening and landscaping, particularly in the processing, laying and design of natural stone products
• You excel at customer contact and project consultancy, whether on building sites or in the office, providing solution-oriented and expert advice
• You utilise strong organisational and documentation skills to record building sites, orders and material requirements in a structured manner
• Basic IT skills and confidence in using standard Office programmes are part of your repertoire for the digital processing of orders and quotations
• A good command of written and spoken German at C1 level, as well as a valid work permit, are part of your profile
• A structured and service-oriented approach to your work enables you to work independently and maintain an overview even when managing multiple projects
