• You will be responsible for the phased roll-out of an innovative software solution to ensure global business travel compliance, working closely with all stakeholders:
• You will also be responsible for the design, harmonisation and implementation of standardised processes relating to EU reporting requirements, visas, social security certificates and the necessary work permits across the entire European network
• Furthermore, you will provide specialist advice and act as a dedicated and knowledgeable point of contact for all staff, specialist departments and external consultants
• Close coordination within the Global Mobility Team to ensure the proper handling of all income tax and payroll matters is also part of your wide-ranging responsibilities
• As part of your role, you will support stakeholder management through structured coordination and professional communication with external service providers, health insurance funds and the relevant tax authorities
• Furthermore, you will support the continuous development and sustainable optimisation of internal processes by identifying existing potential for improvement and valuable synergies
• Finally, you will be responsible for reviewing all country-specific permanent establishment requirements and reliably ensuring compliance with international reporting legislation in day-to-day operations

• You have a degree in Business Administration (m/f/d), an economist (m/f/d) or a comparable university degree
• you also have several years’ relevant professional experience in project management, ideally in the successful management of international HR projects
• You stand out thanks to your solid knowledge of MS Office as well as modern HR software solutions and travel management tools
• You have native-level written and spoken German, as well as very good, business-level English
• Furthermore, you bring a high level of stakeholder management expertise, excellent communication skills and a high degree of flexibility
• Finally, you are highly motivated to play an active role in shaping processes and always work in a thoroughly structured, meticulous and reliable manner
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your professional expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be a permanent resident in Germany
