• You will take full responsibility for the entire product life cycle of your portfolio from initial conception to final global launch
• In addition, you will be responsible for the commercial performance of your product line and ensure the achievement of all sales and growth targets under your own P&L responsibility

• You have successfully completed a degree as an engineer (m/f/d) in physics, industrial engineer (m/f/d) or business economist (m/f/d) with a technical focus
• In addition, you have at least eight years of professional experience in product management, ideally with very in-depth specialist knowledge within laser technology or in a comparable high-tech environment
• You are characterised by your solid knowledge of managing complex product lifecycles and your proven experience in leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
• Excellent English skills as your primary working language in a global context and a very good command of German for internal and external communication
• In addition, you have a high level of analytical thinking and strategic foresight, to recognise new market trends at an early stage and translate them into profitable action plans
• Finally, you are a strong implementer with a pronounced hands-on mentality and have the necessary willingness for international business trips of around twenty percent
