• You will be responsible for the precise measurement and system-based weighing of all incoming timber deliveries on the factory premises, whilst complying with all operational quality standards
• You will also be responsible for entering all measured data into the IT system in full, thereby ensuring complete documentation
• You will also oversee the professional preparation of all necessary delivery documents and freight paperwork to ensure proper dispatch and internal storage
• Continuous communication and coordination with colleagues at the timber yard are also part of your daily duties
• As part of your role, you will support the smooth coordination of all arriving visitors and external delivery services directly at the central barrier
• Furthermore, you will assist with the swift and error-free entry of all dispatchlorries in the IT system to ensure a smooth goods-out and transport process
• Finally, you will be responsible for the accurate maintenance of master data for all factory access routes, thereby making an active contribution to the general optimisation of processes in goods-in

• You have successfully completed a commercial or technical vocational training programme as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d) or woodworking mechanic (m/f/d)
• You also have some initial relevant practical experience in the areas of incoming goods inspection, data entry or general warehouse logistics within an industrial company
• Your confident proficiency in the day-to-day use of all standard MS Office products and in working with IT systems is a strong point in your favour
• Very good written and spoken German, as well as a solid basic knowledge of English for straightforward communication, are part of your profile
• You also bring a high degree of reliability, a strong willingness to learn and a high level of motivation when tackling new tasks
• Furthermore, you are a team player and always work independently, meticulously and in a structured manner in your day-to-day work
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your professional expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
