• Manual grinding of aluminium and stainless steel components – both by hand and on a grinding machine – forms part of your daily responsibilities
• You will process production orders whilst taking into account deadlines, quality guidelines and the work plan
• During set-up, you will independently configure the workstations, select sanding belts, contact discs, brushes or cloth discs according to requirements, and prepare everything for processing
• You will carry out the set-up, loading and operating surface-finishing machines
• You can confidently read technical drawings and extract relevant information from them; where necessary, you use testing equipment or a gauge for quality control
• your duties include light maintenance and repair work, as well as assisting with plant maintenance
• you carry out cleaning tasks independently and ensure your workstation is kept tidy

• you have completed vocational training in a technical trade
• You are characterised by your ability to work independently and a strong commitment to quality
• You are known for your high level of commitment to your work and your responsible approach to carrying out the tasks assigned to you
• You are willing to work shifts and are flexible in your working hours
• You have a good command of German and hold a valid work permit
