• You will be responsible for the technical and managerial leadership of the Electrical Engineering team
• You will ensure system availability and trouble-free production operations
• You will also be responsible for planning, organising and further developing maintenance and servicing processes
• You will analyse faults in automated production plant and rectify them with a view to the long term
• You will take responsibility for electrical engineering projects from planning through to commissioning
• You will optimise plant and processes in terms of quality, availability and cost-effectiveness
• You will also manage and supervise contractors and external service providers
• You will ensure compliance with health and safety, quality and environmental standards
• You will be responsible for the budget, spare parts management and the allocation of resources

• You hold a degree in electrical engineering, ideally supplemented by a technical apprenticeship and/or a master craftsman’s certificate
• You have at least 4 years’ professional experience in maintenance and repair within an industrial company
• Your profile includes in-depth knowledge of PLC programming, drive technology, hydraulics and pneumatics
• Your portfolio includes a good command of written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit
• You stand out thanks to your leadership experience
• You are willing to work at weekends or outside regular working hours
• A strong hands-on approach, a commitment to the job, and a structured and independent way of working round off your profile
