• You will be responsible for the comprehensive theoretical and practical flight training of gyrocopter pilots in compliance with all relevant safety standards
• In addition, you will be responsible for the technical instruction and supervision of your student pilots in accordance with national and international aviation regulations
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for the regular performance of demanding check flights, proficiency tests and targeted refresher training for experienced pilots:
• You will also be responsible for the professional execution of handover flights to customers and detailed instruction on the gyrocopters
• As part of your role, you will support the systematic evaluation of student performance and the complete documentation of all training progress
• In addition, you will support the continuous conceptual development of modern training programmes and training standards, taking into account international aviation requirements
• Finally, you will be responsible for close coordination with the Development, Sales and After Sales departments regarding specific training programmes and training standards, Sales and After-Sales departments with regard to specific customer and aircraft requirements

• You have completed training as a professional pilot (m/f/d), helicopter pilot (m/f/d) or aircraft mechanic (m/f/d) or a corresponding degree
• In addition, you have a valid gyrocopter instructor licence or have comparable training with a willingness to retrain
• You have a sound knowledge of common MS-Officeapplications as well as modern digital training tools and flight planning software characterise you in your daily work
• You have an excellent command of written and spoken German at native speaker level and a fluent command of English for daily international customer contact
• In addition, you have a high sense of responsibility, reliability and a strong focus on safety on all flights
• Finally, you are a strong communicator, have an absolutely customer-oriented mindset and have a confident manner in a professional, international aviation environment
