• You will manage the maintenance of building services and plant engineering, including the crane systems, and ensure their reliable operation
• You will continuously develop and optimise the systems and processes
• You will draw up and monitor budget and cost planning for the cost centres and projects under your responsibility
• You will plan, introduce and implement energy efficiency measures
• You will participate in projects, coordinate internal staff deployment and liaise with external contractors
• As a manager, you will be responsible for the disciplinary and technical management of 12 staff members
• You will coordinate maintenance, inspection and repair work and manage contracted external firms
• You will ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental protection requirements

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an electronics technician for industrial systems (m/f/d), an industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or a mechatronics technician (m/f/d)
• You have experience in the maintenance of building services and industrial systems, ideally also in the context of crane systems
• You have experience in the disciplinary and technical management of staff
• You have knowledge of budget and cost planning for cost centres and projects
• You have experience in planning and implementing energy efficiency measures
• You are confident in dealing with health and safety regulations and environmental protection requirements
• You possess organisational skills and the ability to coordinate projects and liaise with external companies
• You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner
• You excel in communication and assertiveness when dealing with your team and service providers
• You have a basic command of spoken German (minimum level)
• A valid work permit is required
