• You will take on the technical and managerial leadership of the finance team and support the professional development of all staff in day-to-day operations
• You will also be responsible for independently preparing the monthly and annual financial statements, as well as for managing complex finance projects
• Furthermore, you will oversee the comprehensive management of all budget processes, forecasts and financial planning in close coordination with the relevant departments
• Ensuring high-quality reporting on an ongoing basis is also part of your responsibilities, including the timely preparation of regular management reports
• As part of your role, you will support management by preparing relevant key performance indicators to serve as a sound basis for decision-making on strategic issues
• Furthermore, you will facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration with international group interfaces and global subsidiaries on all financial matters
• Finally, you will act as a strategic sparring partner for the Head of Finance and the Executive Board on all matters relating to financial control

• You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration or Economics, or hold a qualification as a Financial Specialist (m/f/d) or Accountant (m/f/d)
• You also have several years’ solid professional experience in controlling, as well as initial demonstrable experience in functional or line management
• You are distinguished by your confident proficiency in using MS Excel and, ideally, practical experience with SAP and modern BI systems
• You have business-fluent written and spoken German, as well as very good English skills for international communication
• Furthermore, you possess a high level of analytical skills and an in-depth understanding of complex business processes
• You are also a strong communicator and team player, and you always work in a structured, solution-oriented and with a strong hands-on approach
• To fulfil this role of responsibility, in addition to your specialist expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
