• You will be responsible for the technical and managerial supervision of a small, well-coordinated team of three staff members in the design department
• You will also be responsible for independently producing detailed technical drawings in AutoCAD (2D) for complex plant engineering projects
• Furthermore, you will oversee the professional execution of complex assembly work and draw up clear, practical assembly instructions for your team
• Comprehensive documentation of all ongoing projects in accordance with applicable quality guidelines is also part of your wide-ranging responsibilities
• As part of your role, you will support the timely procurement of materials and the continuous monitoring of the overall production progress of orders
• Furthermore, you will support the precise project planning of incoming customer orders and optimise the internal processes of the design department in the long term
• Finally, you will be responsible for effective coordination with customers regarding deadlines and technical matters, including occasional on-site visits

• You have a degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable academic qualification with a specialisation in design engineering
• You also have some initial management experience in a similar role, as well as in-depth knowledge of complex vessel and plant construction
• Your confident use of AutoCAD (2D), as well as your familiarity with standard ERP systems and MS Office applications, sets you apart
• Your native-level command of written and spoken German, as well as your ability to communicate confidently with all customers:set you apart
