• You will be responsible for the technical and organisational management and further development of the entire Warehouse and Dispatch department in day-to-day operations
• You will also be responsible for the efficient planning, management and continuous optimisation of all warehousing, order-picking and dispatch processes
• Furthermore, you will ensure the smooth and timely processing of orders, taking into account all specific customer requirements and internal guidelines
• Your responsibilities will also include meticulous stock management, carrying out regular stock-takes and monitoring all relevant warehouse key performance indicators
• As part of your role, you will support your team through targeted motivation, needs-based shift planning and the individual development of all staff
• Furthermore, you will support the continuous improvement of all logistics processes in line with sustainable lean management principles across the entire workplace
• Finally, you will be responsible for maintaining close links and cross-functional collaboration with purchasing, production, sales, transport service providers, and for ensuring compliance with quality standards

• You have completed further training to become a Master Warehouse Manager (m/f/d) following an apprenticeship as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) or a Warehouse Operator (m/f/d)
• you also have several years’ relevant professional experience in the management and operational oversight of modern warehouse and dispatch areas within an industrial company
• your confident use of standard ERP systems and modern warehouse management systems, as well as in-depth MS Office applications set you apart in your day-to-day work environment
• you have a business-fluent command of written and spoken German, as well as a solid basic knowledge of English for day-to-day communication
• furthermore, you demonstrate a high degree of assertiveness, organisational skills and strong communication abilities when dealing with various stakeholders
• you are also a committed leader and always work in a goal-oriented, reliable and solution-focused manner whilst adhering to high quality standards
