• You will provide technical and managerial leadership to the electrical engineering team and deliver targeted professional development for staff
• You will organise your team’s ongoing professional development and ensure effective collaboration
• You will organise and monitor the electrical infrastructure at the site in a holistic manner
• You will be responsible for the smooth operation of all electrical systems
• You provide support in the selection and procurement of automation, process control, measurement, control and regulation technology
• As part of procurement management, you liaise with external suppliers and manufacturers
• You continuously inspect, maintain and optimise operational plant and control systems
• You identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and sustainability of plant technology and implement improvements
• You ensure a reliable electrical power supply to all production facilities
• You plan and organise all maintenance and servicing work in accordance with the applicable legal regulations
• You manage and supervise maintenance and repair work carried out by external service providers
• When coordinating external contractors, you ensure quality standards are met and monitor adherence to timeframes
• You coordinate, plan and carry out electrical engineering projects
• You take responsibility for the successful implementation of projects within the specified budgets and timeframes

• You have completed at least three years’ vocational training and hold a qualification as a state-certified electrical engineer (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have in-depth knowledge of the maintenance, servicing and commissioning of electrical systems
• You have several years’ professional experience in the field of electrical engineering, including experience in team management, budget planning and project management
• Training accreditation and initial experience in training junior staff would be an advantage
• You have a strong command of PLC programming using Simatic S7 and the TIA Portal
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You are willing to be on-call and hold a switchboard authorisation
• You are a team player and are characterised by an independent, meticulous and responsible approach to your work
