• You will be responsible for the conceptual development and innovative design of modern electronic devices and EMC filters, including the creation of precise specifications
• You will also be responsible for the simulation, prototyping and optimisation of power electronics assemblies, and will oversee their successful transition to series production
• Furthermore, you will oversee the technical analysis and economic evaluation of new areas of development and drive forward future-oriented innovations in a targeted manner
• Conducting technical customer visits independently and drawing up bespoke quotations are also part of your varied responsibilities
• As part of your role, you will support the management of complex development projects, including structured budget planning and coordination with external business partners
• Furthermore, you will support the quality management team in ensuring compliance with relevant electrical engineering standards and in implementing sustainable testing methods
• Finally, you will be responsible for the cross-site technical leadership of the development team and will conduct regular training sessions in the field of electrical engineering

• You have successfully completed a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a comparable technical discipline
• You also have several years’ professional experience in the development of power electronic components, as well as in-depth knowledge of EMC filter technology
• Your confident use of common simulation programmes such as LTSPICE and professional CAD applications sets you apart in your day-to-day work
• You have a very good command of German and are business-fluent in spoken and written English for communicating with business partners
• Furthermore, you possess a high level of analytical thinking, a strong customer focus and a consistently structured approach to your work
• Finally, you are an excellent team player, work independently and are characterised by your strong commitment to continuous professional development
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your professional expertise, you must also hold a valid work permit and be a permanent resident in Germany
