• You will be responsible for the full performance of all accounting functions in accordance with the applicable consolidation guidelines and statutory requirements
• You will also be responsible for the professional and managerial supervision of your team, as well as their ongoing development and motivation
• Furthermore, you will oversee the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, including the profit and loss account and the management report, in accordance with financial reporting standards
• Your responsibilities also include the company’s overall financial, liquidity and budget planning, as well as the ongoing monitoring of the annual budget
• As part of your varied role, you will support operational cost accounting, fixed asset accounting and the comprehensive handling of complex tax issues in accordance with statutory regulations
• Furthermore, you will support close and professional communication with Group Finance, auditors, banks, public authorities and other external partners
• Finally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable work and procedural instructions, as well as statutory health, safety and environmental protection regulations

• You have successfully completed further training as a chartered accountant (m/f/d) following a commercial apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d)
• You also have several years’ relevant professional experience – at least five to ten years – in the field of finance and accounting
• Your sound knowledge of common ERP systems and your proficiency in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel, are key strengths of yours
• You are distinguished by your native-level command of written and spoken German, as well as a good command of English for day-to-day communication
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be permanently resident in Germany
• Furthermore, you possess a high level of technical leadership skills, strong assertiveness and a very strong aptitude for numbers
• Finally, you are a strong communicator and work in a highly structured and analytical manner, always demonstrating a high degree of initiative
