• You will be responsible for independently processing all incoming and outgoing invoices, as well as continuously monitoring all central payment flows within the company
• In addition, you will be responsible for a structured dunning process, the targeted management of receivables and operational coordination with banks
• Furthermore, you will oversee comprehensive budget planning, the preparation of accurate forecasts, and the carrying out of detailed target-actual comparisons and profitability analyses
• Your responsibilities for the management team also include the ongoing development of meaningful key performance indicators and the preparation of management reports
• As part of your role, you will support strategic corporate management through well-founded risk analyses and commercial intercompany reconciliations within the group
• Furthermore, you will support the ongoing digitalisation and automation of commercial processes and optimise existing invoicing and approval workflows within the organisation
• Finally, you will be responsible for the efficient management of contracts within the procurement department and will drive the targeted, sustainable optimisation of all procurement-related operating costs

• You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Financial Management or Controlling, or a commercial apprenticeship as a financial accountant (m/f/d)
• You also have several years’ solid professional experience in finance and accounting, as well as in controlling within a dynamic service or consultancy environment
• Your confident proficiency in standard MS Office applications, in particular advanced user skills in Excel and modern ERP and BI systems, set you apart
• You have business-fluent written and spoken German to ensure smooth communication with internal and external contacts
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of analytical thinking, a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a keen aptitude for numbers
• Finally, you are absolutely discreet, assertive and always work independently, in a structured manner and with a very high standard of quality
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your professional expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
