• You will take on full commercial management responsibility and independently oversee the areas of human resources, invoicing, finance and accounting
• You will also be responsible for the accurate preparation of ongoing cash flow planning and meaningful financial control, including target-actual comparisons
• You will also oversee the careful preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in close consultation with external tax advisers and auditors
• The financial oversight of all shareholdings and the analysis of relevant key performance indicators are also part of your varied daily responsibilities
• As part of your role, you will provide the management team with expert support on strategic HR decisions as well as operational and forward-looking business planning
• Furthermore, you will support the optimisation and further development of internal commercial processes and effective operational control mechanisms
• Finally, you will be responsible for ensuring invoices are issued on time, managing the operational dunning process and professionally resolving all outstanding customer enquiries

• You have a degree in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable business-related subject
• You also have several years’ solid professional experience in a senior business management role with comprehensive responsibility for human resources and finance
• Your confident proficiency in standard business software and Microsoft Office applications is a real asset
• You have native-level (C2/C1) proficiency in spoken and written German, as well as a good command of English at a business-proficient level
• Furthermore, you possess a high degree of analytical thinking, assertiveness and strong leadership and communication skills
• Finally, you are completely trustworthy, always work independently and in a highly organised manner, and are known for your discretion
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your professional expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
