• You create, adapt and monitor work instructions, process descriptions and cleaning standards
• The management and organisation of employees in production are part of your area of responsibility, including ensuring costs, quality and quantity as well as reliable shift planning
• You coordinate and book raw, packaging and production materials carefully
• you will communicate with relevant internal interfaces and external customers in a professional and targeted manner
• you will analyse key figures and make them available to the management

• You have completed master craftsman training, e.g. as a food master craftsman (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification, ideally in the food sector, e.g. as a specialist for food technicians (m/f/d),
• You have experience in working with production machines
• Knowledge of employee management is required and you take on this responsibility with confidence
• You work confidently with MS Office and ideally have experience with SAP
• You have a good command of spoken German and valid working papers
• Your working style is reliable and meticulous
