• You will become part of a motivated team of four and take the lead in staff development and HR marketing
• You will also quickly gain an overview, set priorities, drive our initiatives forward and play an active role
• Furthermore, you will continue to develop our trainee programme for future leaders and support the participants
• You will strengthen our HR marketing and develop effective measures tailored to our organisation and our target groups
• Finally, you will plan and manage your initiatives and projects by producing reports, presentations and decision-making documents

• Ideally, you will have completed a vocational qualification as an Office Administration Assistant (m/f/d), an industrial business administrator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• a university degree is a requirement due to ESF project funding
• you also have professional experience in HR development and HR marketing, as well as leadership experience
• Furthermore, you’ll quickly familiarise yourself with our organisation, provide guidance and, together with your team, ensure the smooth running of our processes
