• You will be responsible for organisational tasks and the technical management of the 5-person sales team and the trainees at the Stuttgart location
• In addition, you will manage the office staff in a targeted and results-oriented manner
• You will support day-to-day operations, especially in sales activities such as customer advice and order and complaint processing

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a technical commercial apprenticeship
• An AdA instructor qualification is an advantage for you
• You have successfully completed a qualification as a commercial specialist or business economist or you are ready to do so, to obtain this in a timely manner while working
• you have initial management experience of about 1 to 3 years in an environment with products that require explanation
• proven basic skills in SAP and common IT applications characterise you
• good written and spoken German language skills are part of your portfolio to your portfolio
• strong communication skills and an active service orientation characterise you
• you have a service-oriented and pragmatic way of working and a high sense of responsibility
