• You will be responsible for the entire logistics process chain at the site and will ensure logistics quality in accordance with global logistics standards as well as HELLA and Forvia standards
• Together with Production, other departments, the Group and external partners, you will develop viable solutions
• You will manage three senior staff members and, together with them, ensure the motivation and professional development of the entire logistics department
• You will develop innovative logistics concepts in line with the company’s objectives and put them into practice
• You will design optimal logistics solutions and continuously refine logistics processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
• You translate strategic decisions into operational implementation in day-to-day business
• You lead, coordinate and monitor projects aimed at optimising warehousing, distribution and stock management
• You will manage material and goods flows and analyse key performance indicators in SAP (MM, SD, WM) and other logistics systems

• You hold a degree specialising in logistics or supply chain management, or a comparable qualification
• You have already gained several years’ experience in managing a logistics team or department, ideally in the automotive sector or an industrial company
• You have experience of working with people of varying skill levels
• Strong leadership skills, excellent analytical abilities and strategic thinking are among your strengths
• You are confident in using modern logistics and ERP systems, in particular SAP MM, SD and WM
• Good command of German and English, as well as a valid work permit, round off your profile
• You are empathetic, organised, and goal- and solution-oriented
• You demonstrate a high degree of initiative and excellent communication skills
