• You will have overall responsibility for goods receipt, warehouse management, order picking, internal material flow and dispatch, and will manage these areas
• You will ensure material availability and stock accuracy, whilst optimising material flows and stock-taking processes
• You will lead, motivate and develop the logistics teams, and establish a modern leadership culture based on lean leadership, coaching and empowerment
• You will be responsible for the logistics budgets and optimise staff, operating, material and transport costs
• You will liaise closely with Production, Procurement, Quality Assurance, Controlling and international logistics sites to ensure processes and delivery deadlines are met
• You will ensure compliance with statutory and internal requirements regarding health and safety, environmental protection and quality

• You hold a degree in logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production engineering or a comparable qualification
• You have at least five years’ management experience, ideally in production logistics or supply chain management
• You have proven experience in developing high-performing teams
• You have in-depth knowledge of supply chain management, material flow planning and logistics systems
• You have experience in managing complex projects and change processes
• You are confident using MS Office, particularly Excel, and are familiar with ERP systems and planning programmes, ideally SAP WM/MM
• Excellent command of German and English is a given for you; knowledge of Polish would be an advantage
• You demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills and are able to motivate and develop staff
