• You will take on the technical and managerial leadership of our dedicated maintenance team, directly managing two experienced managers within your area of responsibility
• You will also be responsible for reporting regularly to senior management and will act as the central technical point of contact for all internal interfaces
• Furthermore, you will oversee strategic planning, management and successful implementation of challenging projects, as well as forward-looking maintenance and modernisation measures
• The economic evaluation of all planned technical measures based on detailed cost-benefit analyses is also part of your varied responsibilities
• As part of your role, you will support the management and coordination of external project managers throughout all phases of project execution
• Finally, you will be responsible for consistently ensuring and monitoring compliance with all legal, regulatory and internal technical requirements

• You have successfully completed a degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or process engineering, or hold a comparable qualification
• you also have several years’ management and professional experience in a comparable maintenance role within a manufacturing company
• your in-depth specialist knowledge in the fields of plant, energy and process engineering, as well as modern maintenance methods, sets you apart
• You have business-level German and fluent English, as well as a willingness to undertake occasional work assignments at the site in France
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of flexibility, strong leadership skills and a keen awareness of cost- and goal-oriented action
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
