• You will be responsible for managing and monitoring all field staff deployment for installation and service work, including transparent budget control
• You will also be responsible for the operational management of orders relating to the installation, dismantling and replacement of smart metering systems across all voltage levels
• Furthermore, you will oversee the professional commissioning, regular system inspections and fault management for specialised systems such as PV installations and heat pumps
• Compliance with and implementation of all regulatory requirements, such as calibration deadlines, inspection checks and system shutdowns, are also part of your daily tasks
• As part of your role, you will support the structured organisation of complex meter reading processes, regular inspections of empty installations and necessary investigations
• Furthermore, you will actively support the creation and ongoing maintenance of working documents, as well as the structured induction of new team members
• Finally, you will be responsible for actively participating in and effectively managing strategic projects aimed at process optimisation in metering point operations

• You have completed a master craftsman’s or technician’s apprenticeship in electrical engineering, energy technology or measurement and control technology
• in addition, a successfully completed apprenticeship as an electronics technician for industrial engineering (m/f/d) or an electrical systems installer (m/f/d) provides you with a solid foundation
• You stand out thanks to your solid management experience of at least ten employees and, ideally, your professional experience in the dynamic energy supply sector
• You stand out thanks to your confident knowledge of modern ERP systems and standard MS Office applications for reporting
• You have excellent written and spoken German at native speaker level for day-to-day communication with customers
• Furthermore, you bring a high level of commitment and assertiveness, as well as a structured, goal-oriented and independent approach to your work
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your professional expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
