• You will be responsible for operational quality assurance and will continuously develop strategic quality management
• You will oversee outsourced activities and key suppliers to ensure quality and maintain close professional dialogue
• You will draw up agreements on the division of responsibilities and quality assurance agreements with partners and service providers
• You will be responsible for coordinating audit programmes, product quality reviews and management reviews
• You will liaise with federal and state authorities on all matters relating to the distribution of medicinal products
• You will provide technical and disciplinary leadership to the QA team and ensure the targeted development of the department
• You will manage and monitor non-conformities, CAPA processes and change controls within the framework of the quality system
• You will contribute to the continuous improvement of quality-related processes and documentation

• You have successfully completed a degree or vocational training in the natural sciences or medical field, which forms your professional foundation
• You have relevant professional experience in the field of quality assurance as well as some management experience
• You have a sound knowledge of IT and are confident in using MS Office and quality-related systems
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You impress with your strong leadership and organisational skills, as well as a structured approach to your work
• You are resident in Germany and hold a valid work and residence permit for Germany
