• You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the competent team in quality assurance, taking into account the strategic corporate goals at the site
• In addition, you will be responsible for the organisation and continuous monitoring of all quality assurance measures within the entire production chain at the plant
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for complaint management including root cause analysis using methods such as 8D-reports or Ishikawa for sustainable problem solving for customers
• The further development of the quality strategy and ensuring compliance with relevant standards such as ISO 9001 are also part of your daily tasks
• As part of your job, you will support the planning and implementation of internal and external audits in accordance with VDA 6.3 and IATF 16949
• You will also support the creation and provision of detailed quality assurance reports for internal stakeholders and demanding international customers
• You will be responsible for the efficient use and regular maintenance of the complex testing and measuring equipment available in the company
• In addition, you will maintain the existing quality management system and advise the specialist departments on all quality-related issues and the advance planning of new projects
• Finally, you will be responsible for optimising all interfaces to other areas and ensuring a smooth flow of information regarding current standards

• You have a degree in mechanical engineering (m/f/d), industrial engineering (m/f/d) or a comparable degree in production technology
• In addition, you have sound professional experience in operational quality assurance functions within mechanical engineering or the industrial production of complex components
• You have a sound knowledge of common quality management methods such as FMEA, APQP as well as MSA and PPAP characterise you as a technical expert
• your experienced handling of MS Office, modern ERP systems such as ProAlpha and common CAQ applicationsapplications is part of your daily work repertoire
• You have a native level of written and spoken German and a good command of English for communication in an international environment
• Furthermore, you have a high degree of strong communication skills as well as persuasiveness and a strong focus on the needs of customers
