• Operational quality assurance and the strategic further development of the quality management system in the specific area of ATMP are your responsibility and are continuously optimised
• In addition, you will provide quality assurance support for all outsourced activities and cooperation with important key suppliers to ensure the highest pharmaceutical standards for novel therapies
• As part of your role, you will draw up complex delimitation of responsibility contracts and specific quality assurance agreements for the legally compliant documentation of all operational processes within ATMP manufacturing

• You will also orchestrate the internal audit programmes, carry out regular product quality reviews and prepare the strategic management assessments for the management
• you coordinate professional communication with the responsible higher federal and state authorities regarding the circulation of medicinal products as a professional contact person
• finally, you are responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of the dedicated QA team and promote the individual development of your subordinate team members

• A successfully completed degree in pharmacy, biotechnology or chemistry forms the necessary scientific basis for this challenging management position in quality assurance
• In addition, you have sound professional experience in the strategic design and continuous development of a modern pharmaceutical quality assurance system in a regulated environment
• Your in-depth knowledge of the manufacture and quality control of medicinal products, ideally in the field of advanced therapies such as ATMP, are a particular technical advantage
• You have a native level of written and spoken German and fluency in English are essential for internal and external communication
• Furthermore, you have a high level of leadership and strong communication skills to motivate your team and efficiently organise internal processes
