You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of quality management and the continuous optimisation of all certified quality and testing processes

You will also be responsible for independently preparing, conducting and following up on both external and internal audits in accordance with ISO 9001

You will also oversee technical coordination with international business clients regarding all quality-related issues and customer requirements

Ensuring and further developing company-wide quality assurance standards is also one of your core daily responsibilities

As part of your role, you will support the specialist departments in conducting sustainable root cause analysis and defining effective corrective actions

Furthermore, you will support the operational integration of production-related processes, taking into account industry-specific standards in plastics engineering

Finally, you will be responsible for the systematic monitoring of relevant quality indicators to ensure the continuous improvement of the company’s results

REQUIREMENTS

You have successfully completed a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management or a comparable discipline

In addition, you have several years’ solid professional experience in quality-related support for audits and standards such as ISO 9001

Your confident proficiency in using common CAQ systems and MS Office applications sets you apart in your day-to-day work

You have business-level proficiency in spoken and written German, as well as very good English skills for communicating with international clients

Furthermore, you bring a high level of analytical ability, a strong sense of responsibility and a keen focus on quality to your day-to-day work

Finally, you are assertive and always work in a goal-oriented and structured manner, whilst taking great pleasure in working as part of a team

To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your professional expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be permanently resident in Germany
