• You will be responsible for the technical and managerial leadership of the entire quality team and will ensure the long-term management of the associated processes at the Reichenbach site
• You will also be responsible for ensuring consistent compliance with all relevant quality standards and for the full fulfilment of specific customer requirements
• You will also oversee the continuous optimisation and further development of the existing quality management system, taking into account modern methods and internal guidelines
• The professional handling of all complex customer complaints is also part of your varied role in a dynamic working environment
• As part of your role, you will support the precise management of all APQP and PPAP processes to ensure the highest quality in all project phases
• Furthermore, you will support the careful planning, execution and follow-up of both internal and external quality audits in accordance with applicable industry standards
• Finally, you will be responsible for the targeted implementation of the long-term quality assurance strategy to achieve a sustainable improvement in overall product and process quality

• You have successfully completed a technical degree, for example in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or quality management, or a comparable qualification
• you also have several years’ solid management experience in quality management within the automotive industry or at a direct automotive supplier
• your sound knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA and the 8D methodology set you apart in your day-to-day quality management work
• Your command of German, both spoken and written, at a business-proficient level, as well as your good command of English, enable you to communicate with confidence
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of assertiveness, a solution-oriented mindset and strong leadership qualities to the role
• Finally, you are a goal-oriented individual, work in a structured manner and always maintain a professional demeanour when dealing with customers
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
