• In this role, you will lead the maintenance and production engineering departments, focusing on quality, productivity, costs and staff support
• You will develop technical strategies and ensure that plant operations are safe and compliant with regulations
• You will be responsible for investment and project management
• You will continuously improve processes, production systems and organisational structures
• You will ensure the quality and up-to-date status of technical documentation, work instructions, process specifications, assembly instructions, bills of materials, work plans and production-related master data, and oversee their continuous development
• You are responsible for carrying out hazard assessments, operational instructions and technical risk assessments within your area of responsibility
• You work closely with the hazardous goods, waste and major incident officers and ensure that all relevant processes are implemented in accordance with regulations

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an industrial foreman (m/f/d) or a technician (m/f/d) specialising in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering, or hold a degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or industrial engineering (m/f/d)
• You are distinguished by your experience in the continuous improvement of processes, production systems and organisational structures
• You possess in-depth knowledge of investment and project management
• You have knowledge of health and safety at work, particularly in relation to hazard assessments and technical risk assessments
• Good written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit, are part of your profile
• You bring a structured, solution-oriented approach to your work, as well as the ability to assert yourself
• You excel in communication and team leadership when dealing with staff and specialist representatives
