• You will assume overall responsibility for the Industry division – comprising the sub-divisions of photovoltaics, infrastructure, grid expansion and switchgear – and drive its strategic development
• You will be responsible for the division’s turnover, profit and budget, and will monitor key performance indicators on an ongoing basis
• You will ensure that projects are delivered cost-effectively, on schedule and to a high standard
• You will oversee the management of complex industrial projects from planning through to implementation
• You will continuously optimise processes, resources and capacities
• You will lead and develop the managers and teams reporting to you in a targeted manner
• You ensure compliance with health and safety, quality and compliance standards in day-to-day operations
• You liaise closely with branch management and related departments to ensure the site’s continuous development

• You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• You have several years’ solid management experience and a proven track record of success in the operational and strategic management of technical departments
• You have a sound knowledge of business administration, budget planning and the management of complex industrial projects
• Your strong leadership skills are a key asset
• You have a native-level command of German (C2) in both spoken and written communication
• You are characterised by an entrepreneurial mindset and strong assertiveness
• You are customer-focused and work in a structured and goal-oriented manner
• You hold a valid work permit and are permanently resident in Germany
