• In this role, you will lead, organise and develop the Warehouse and Dispatch department and manage day-to-day operations
• You will plan, manage and optimise warehousing, order picking and dispatch processes to improve efficiency
• You will ensure orders are processed on time to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• You will be responsible for stock management, stock-taking and warehouse key performance indicators
• You will lead, motivate and plan your team’s work
• You will continuously improve processes in line with lean management principles, thereby reducing lead times
• You’ll work closely with purchasing, production, sales and transport service providers
• You’ll ensure quality and safety standards are met within your area of responsibility

• You have completed a 3-year vocational training programme in logistics or hold a comparable qualification
• You have already gained relevant professional experience in warehouse management, dispatch or supply chain management
• You have a sound knowledge of common ERP systems and MS Office applications
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• Working shifts to meet operational requirements is not an issue for you
• You are characterised by your ability to work in a team, your leadership skills and your reliability
• You are resident in Germany and hold a valid residence permit
