• In this role, you will oversee goods receipt, correct storage, order picking, packing and goods dispatch
• You will manage, plan and develop the warehouse team and operational staff
• You will carry out stock checks and stock-takes and optimise the use of storage space
• You will liaise closely with Production, Purchasing, Sales and haulage contractors
• You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, lead times and stock turnover
• You will ensure compliance with and monitor health and safety and quality standards within the warehouse

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a warehouse logistics specialist, ideally with further training to become a master craftsman or technician, or you hold a degree specialising in logistics or supply chain management
• You have relevant professional experience in warehouse logistics as well as experience in managing staff
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software such as SAP is part of your profile
• You have a good command of written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit
• You are resident in Germany and hold a valid work and residence permit for Germany
• You are also willing to work shifts
• You are characterised by assertiveness, organisational skills and a structured, cost-conscious approach to work
