Your responsibilities

• You’ll provide basic care for residents and ensure their well-being in their day-to-day lives
• You’ll support residents in managing their daily lives on an individual basis and with empathy
• You’ll serve food and drinks, ensuring they’re looked after with care
• Caring for and supervising residents is also part of your role
• You’ll document the services provided reliably and in a clear manner

What we’re looking for

• You have completed a two-year vocational training programme, e.g. as a geriatric care assistant (m/f/d), nursing assistant (m/f/d) or healthcare and nursing assistant (m/f/d)
• You must provide proof of measles vaccination and a health certificate in accordance with the Infection Protection Act (IFSG)
• Your empathy and respectful manner when dealing with residents are a strong point
• You have a good command of spoken German and hold a valid work permit
• You hold a Class B driving licence
• You are characterised by your reliability, diligence and commitment
