Your responsibilities

• you will conduct consultancy meetings directly at the client’s premises
• you will be financially responsible for your own department
• You ensure excellent guest service and actively manage complaints
• You further develop existing relationships with regular guests and attract new guest segments
• You will calculate prices and terms and negotiate these with clients
• You will draw up quotations independently and revise them as required
• You will be responsible for recruiting new staff for your team
• You will conduct job interviews independently
• You will conduct recruitment interviews and make decisions regarding staff selection

What we’re looking for

• You have completed a vocational qualification as a hotel specialist (m/f/d), hotel business administrator (m/f/d) or restaurant specialist (m/f/d)
• You have experience in guest relations and complaints management
• You demonstrate strong negotiation skills when calculating prices and terms
• You are characterised by a confident and professional manner during on-site consultation appointments
• You have leadership experience in staff management and development
