Job description
- You will be responsible for entering and maintaining personnel data in the HR system SAP SucessFactors as well as maintaining time management
- The creation of employment contracts, contract amendments and references as well as the transfer of certificates and notifications
- You will provide support with preparatory payroll accounting and work together with the employee representatives
- to monitor and organise preventive medical check-ups, coordinating and booking internal and external further training measures
- supporting the creation of our KPIs, analyses and statistics as well as planning, coordinating and scheduling and participation in selection procedures are also part of your remit
- You will be actively involved in onboarding and organising HR training courses for employees
- Advising and supporting managers and employees in all HR-related processes along the employee lifecycle round off your job profile
Requirements
- You have completed commercial training, e.g. as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification, ideally with an additional qualification in HR management
- You have already gained at least 2 years of experience in HR in a manufacturing company
- Furthermore, you have sound knowledge of MS Office and ideally also of HR systems, including SAP and time recording systems
- Fluency in German and good written and spoken English are part of your profile
- You have a structured, careful and professional approach to your work.including SAP and time recording systems
