For our client, a medium-sized company in the nonwovens and special materials industry in Aschersleben, we are looking for you as HR Assistant (m/f/d) as part of direct placement.

Job description

  • You will provide full support to the entire HR team in all organisational and administrative areasteam in all organisational and administrative areas of HR-related tasks at the local site
  • In addition, you will be responsible for operational HR work and actively support the team in the targeted implementation of projects and strategic measures
  • You will also be responsible for the creation of job advertisements and the organisation and support of recruitment interviews as part of professional and modern applicant management
  • The organisation and support of the onboarding process is also part of your tasks, to give new team members an optimal and structured start
  • As part of your role, you will support the coordination of individual training and development needs and also conscientiously maintain the existing employee systems for evaluations
  • Finally, you will be responsible for communication with external partners and authorities and organise exciting events and participation in regional trade fairs for the company

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or office management clerk (m/f/d) with further training as an HR specialist (m/f/d)
  • In addition, you have sound professional experience in operational HR work and administration, which you have ideally gained in an industrial environment
  • You are characterised by your solid knowledge of common IT skills and modern HR software solutions, enabling you to efficiently handle all digital HR processes
  • Written and spoken German at native speaker level and a good command of English are essential for internal communication and exchanges with authorities
  • In addition, you have a high level of organisational skills and strong communication skills, to professionally manage the various interfaces in the company
  • Finally, you are a team-oriented personality and always work absolutely reliably, discreetly and with a high level of initiative to achieve common goals
