• You will act as the point of contact for senior management on all HR-related matters, as well as on issues concerning employment law and collective agreements
• You will actively support staff planning and development and manage the entire recruitment process
• You will implement HR strategies and ensure that established HR processes are adhered to and continuously optimised
• You will identify the need for change at an early stage, analyse the implications and drive the change process as a catalyst for the company

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship with relevant further training in human resources, or hold a degree
• Experience as an HR Business Partner (m/f/d), HR Officer (m/f/d) or HR Consultant (m/f/d)
• Knowledge of employment law, works council law and collective bargaining law are among your key strengths
• Fluency in German and a good command of English are part of your profile
