Job description

  • You will work closely with managers, HR colleg:and talents at the location and internationally
  • In addition, you will take care of general correspondence and provide support with a wide range of administrative and project-related HR activities
  • You will actively participate in the (further) development of concepts and strategic projects in the areas of talent management, global mobility, internationalisation and employer branding
  • In addition, you will plan, organise and moderate conferences, training courses and development formats in German and English, both face-to-face and virtually

  • You are responsible for planning, organising and following up on international HR development measures along the talent management process
  • In addition, you accompany HR projects from the idea to implementation and keep an eye on deadlines, quality and target groups

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed a commercial degree or commercial training
  • In addition, you ideally have initial professional experience in personnel development or talent management
  • You also communicate very confidently in German and English when interacting with executives at management level
  • In addition, you work in a structured manner, reliable and discreet and have a quick grasp of things
  • You impress with your organisational strength, presentation and moderation skills and assertiveness
