• You are responsible for the HR business and manage it independently
• You reliably ensure operational HR support
• You are the contact person for managers in day-to-day business
• You manage all relevant HR processes independently

• You have commercial training or a degree
• You have several years of experience as an HR generalist (m/f/d)
• You have previous experience in supporting managers and employees
• You have sound knowledge of labour law
• You also have end-to-end recruitment experience
• You have experience of working with a works council
• Experience in HR projects, process optimisation and in interface work with Payroll rounds off your profile
• You are fluent in written and spoken German
• Pragmatism and a high level of implementation orientation characterise you
