• You look after our employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle and are the central point of contact for internal and external HR issues
• You competently clarify HR-related issues for employees and managers
• You actively help shape recruitment: You create job advertisements, take care of applicant management, conduct interviews and organise professional onboarding
• Personnel administration in all phases, from joining to leaving - including contracts, references and certificates - is in your responsible hands
• You prepare the monthly payroll and maintain payroll-relevant data, take over notifications and coordinate with internal and external departments
• When it comes to questions about retirement provision, pension and company pension schemes, you are the competent contact person for employees
• you coordinate cooperation with external service providers such as payroll, insurance companies, occupational pension providers and tax consultants in a structured manner
• you maintain, manage and further develop HR software, In particular, you optimise processes in digital systems such as Personio
• You actively help shape projects such as HR digitalisation, process optimisation and employer branding
• You keep digital personnel files and HR systems up to date and ensure smooth administration

• You have completed commercial training or a degree with a focus on HR and would like to use your qualifications in a targeted manner
• Multiple years of professional experience in HR, ideally as an HR generalist (m/f/d), makes you an expert:in all HR topics
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German, so that you can communicate confidently
• You are confident in using your knowledge of labour law and basic knowledge of payroll accounting
• You have basic knowledge of company pension schemes or would like to familiarise yourself with them
• You are experienced in preparing or supporting payroll accounting
• HR-software - ideally Personio - and MS Office
• Experience in working with external service providers is an advantage
• Structured, careful and discreet way of working characterise you as well as strong communication skills and service orientation
