• As the first point of contact, you will support specialists and managers on HR matters, employment law and organisational development
• You will also independently plan HR projects
• You will confidently negotiate works council agreements
• You will successfully implement organisational changes
• You work closely with the works council
• You are also responsible for supervising apprenticeships
• Furthermore, you recruit staff in a targeted manner
• Ultimately, you successfully implement HR processes

• Ideally, you will have a degree in Business Administration or Human Resources, or a comparable qualification
• Your professional experience in human resources will be an asset
• A sound knowledge of employment law and collective bargaining law would be an advantage
• You have a good command of written and spoken German; proficiency in written and spoken English would be a further asset
• You are willing to travel approximately 50 per cent of the time (alternating weekly between the Jena and Villingen-Schwenningen sites)
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
