• You will be the first point of contact for specialist staff and managers on matters relating to HR, employment law and organisational development
• You will plan and manage HR projects independently
• You will negotiate and implement works council agreements
• You will support organisational changes and ensure their successful implementation
• You will work constructively and in a solution-oriented manner with the works council
• You will supervise the company’s apprentices throughout their entire training period
• You will recruit new specialist staff and take charge of the entire recruitment process
• You will implement HR processes both operationally and strategically
• You will advise on employment law issues and assist in developing appropriate solutions
• As part of your role, you will maintain and update personnel records and documentation

• You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration or Human Resources, or hold a comparable qualification
• You have relevant professional experience in Human Resources
• You have sound IT skills and are proficient in MS Office
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You are willing to travel approximately 50 per cent of the time, alternating weekly between the Jena and Villingen-Schwenningen sites
