• You will be responsible for health and safety at work, accident prevention and occupational health and safety at the site
• You will provide expert advice and support to all departments on compliance with statutory requirements
• You will systematically draw up risk analyses and hazard assessments and keep them up to date
• You will independently carry out regular internal HSE audits and derive appropriate measures from them
• You will organise and deliver practical training courses to raise the workforce’s awareness of health and safety in the long term
• You will actively support the site in maintaining and further developing its ISO 45001 certification
• You continuously optimise existing environmental and occupational health and safety processes
• You ensure compliance with the requirements of environmental protection legislation at the site
• You will use digital HSE tools to document and manage relevant processes
• You will monitor all relevant HSE key performance indicators comprehensively and report them directly to site management

• You have a degree in engineering, mechanical engineering or production engineering, supplemented by additional qualification as an occupational health and safety specialist (m/f/d)
• You have already gained several years’ solid professional experience in the field of HSE
• You have a good knowledge of German environmental protection legislation
• You are confident in using standard MS Office applications and modern IT tools for digital HSE administration
• Your profile includes native-level German (C2/C1) and business-fluent written and spoken English
• You are characterised by a high degree of assertiveness and strong communication skills
• You work very independently and take ownership of your tasks
• A valid work permit and permanent residence in Germany round off your profile
