Job description

  • You will be responsible for daily time recording and maintaining the corresponding time accounts for all employees,
  • In addition, you will be responsible for checking and processing travel and travel expense claims in compliance with the applicable legal and internal guidelines of the company

Requirements

  • A completed apprenticeship as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or administrative assistant (m/f/d) forms the foundation for your successful start in this position
  • In addition, you have sound professional experience in human resources or commercial processing, ideally with initial contact points in the area of payroll or contracts
  • You are characterised by your secure knowledge of M365, whereby you optionally already have initial experience with programmes such as Primion, Bite or Coopers
  • Your German language skills at native speaker level in spoken and written as well as your communication skills enable you to interact professionally with all persons and institutions involved
  • Furthermore, you bring a high degree of reliability and a structured way of working, in order to complete the assigned tasks on time and with high quality
  • Finally, you are a team-oriented personality and always work conscientiously and in a detail-oriented manner in order to meet the high demands of the administration at all times
  • In addition to your professional expertise, you also have a valid work permit and permanent residence in Germany
