• You will be responsible for onboarding and offboarding
• Master data maintenance will also form part of your remit
• You will handle payroll
• Recruitment and conducting interviews will round off your role

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as a Human Resources Specialist (m/f/d), Office Administration Assistant (m/f/d), Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you have professional experience, and practical experience in payroll accounting is also desirable
• you also have knowledge of employment law and social security
• ideally, you have good MS Office skills
• you are characterised by a committed and reliable approach to your work
