• You will manage the P&I LOGA HR system and ensure it runs smoothly
• You will provide telephone support and process tickets relating to application support
• You will confidently implement statutory and collective agreement requirements in the area of payroll accounting
• You will play an active role in implementation projects and contribute your expertise

• You have a university degree or equivalent qualifications
• Your professional experience in human resources is part of your profile
• You also have in-depth knowledge of collective bargaining and employment law, which is essential
• Proficiency in standard Office programmes would be an advantage
• You have a strong affinity for IT
• Solution-oriented thinking comes naturally to you
• A strong focus on customers and service is one of your strengths
