Job description
- You will be responsible for the complete digitisation of personnel files through careful scanning work as well as the structured preparation and follow-up of all relevant documents for your team
- You will be responsible for actively supporting the specialist department with administrative assistance tasks and independently processing various issues in day-to-day business
- You will demonstrate your reliability in the precise recording and continuous maintenance of sensitive master data in the systems, to ensure high data quality
- Within defined time slots in the scanning team between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m., you will carry out your tasks independently and conscientiously after individual consultation
- You will take on exciting special tasks as assigned in individual cases, actively contributing to the success of the department and the optimisation of internal HR processes
Requirements
- You have successfully completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or personnel services clerk (m/f/d) for your optimal start
- first practical experience in personnel administration or a comparable commercial environment will enable you to confidently master your new tasks at our client
- comprehensive IT-knowledge in SAP HCM as well as an experienced handling of MS Office and modern systems of digital document management characterise your way of working
- German language skills at native speaker level in spoken and written are essential for internal communication with your colleagues and customers:
- Your strong ability to work in a team and an independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working ideally round off your profile as an empathetic and customer-oriented personality
