Job description

  • The full digitisation of the existing personnel files including all scanning work as well as the careful preparation and follow-up of all documents will be taken over by you

  • In addition, you will support the specialist department in personnel administrative matters as well as general processing and assistance according to the individual needs of the entire team on site
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for the precise recording and continuous maintenance of all relevant personnel data in the internal systems to ensure a permanently high data quality

Requirements

  • You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or office communication specialist (m/f/d)
  • In addition, you have some practical work experience in personnel administration or in the field of digital document processing to ensure that you are able to cope with daily requirements
  • You have a sound knowledge of SAP HCM and of modern document management systems for digitising and archiving files
  • You are particularly skilled in German and English.systems for digitising and archiving files
  • Your written and spoken German language skills at native speaker level are essential for the error-free processing of sensitive personnel data and internal communication
